When we ran out of hymnals in late summer, we requested another (optimistically large) batch from the printer. We’ve pre-sold almost all of those, and there are only 96 remaining. If you’d like to purchase the hymnal, you’ll need to order soon. Because of the limited number remaining, we ask that individuals limit their orders to 5 copies or fewer.
When our church began planning for this project, our original intent was to produce a hymnal for our church family. We’re thrilled that nearly a dozen churches have purchased it for use in their services, as well as hundreds of individuals for personal and family worship. At this point, though, we’re not planning on a third printing until we’re ready for a second edition— perhaps in a few years. It’s always been our desire that other ministries would be encouraged by this project to plan and print hymnals for their own congregations and ministry fellowships.
The spiral-bound instrumental companion to the pew edition is also still available to order. We’ve pre-sold all but 160 copies.
We’ve experienced several delays in the process, both in the completion of the spiral-bound edition (which took longer than expected on our end), as well as significant delays on the part of the printer.
But we’re happy to say that both the pew edition reprint and the spiral-bound edition are almost finished, and the printer has told us they expect to ship them to us this Friday. Our volunteers will begin packing and shipping orders as soon as they arrive to us. Thank you for your patience!
