Your Hands Have Made and Fashioned Me

Your hands have made and fashioned me;
Help me to understand,
That I may follow all Your ways
And learn of Your commands.
All those who fear You shall rejoice,
For they have seen and heard
That You have been my only hope;
I wait upon Your word.

I know, O Lord, Your laws are true;
In faith You brought me low.
Yet by Your word, the comfort of
Your mercy overflows.
O let Your lovingkindness come,
That I may live aright;
For on Your word I meditate;
Your law is my delight.

Lord, let the proud be put to shame,

Who harm me with their lies.
Let those who fear You turn to me,

That they may know Your ways.
And as I in Your law am found,
I shall not be ashamed;
That all who fear You may rejoice,
And glorify Your name.
