The school year has started, and for many churches, that means children’s choir is starting too! I often get questions from fellow choir directors (especially those wanting to begin a children’s choir program) about how to put together a curriculum that includes teaching principles of good singing, music literacy, and learning theology through learning hymns.

This year I’m directing our Intermediate Choir (4th-8th grade), and I’ll be posting our lesson plans and curriculum suggestions on Grace Music under the “Education” tab.

Note: these posts and resource updates will be under the category of “Educational Resources.” As a reminder, you can update your email subscription to select which types of resource updates you’d like to receive (or skip) by clicking on the link at the end of the email (or you can click here).
